
We help women to improve their mental
health and emotional wellbeing.
We're based in the North East of
England.
We offer lots of activities including:
* Welcome sessions Thursday 10.00 am to
11.30 am
* Courses in confidence building,
anxiety management, Coping with Depression. Some courses are accredited through the Open College Network.
* Tasters, trips and events.
* Ongoing mental health support groups.
* Drop-in every Monday 10.30 - 12.30.
All groups and activities are run by
women, for women, to build positive
mental health. Joining a group or
course could help you build skills and
confidence, make new friends and
really enjoy life.
Tell us if transport or child-care is
a problem - we may be able to help.
Groups and courses take place at
Swinburne House in Gateshead, and
other community-based venues in
Gateshead and Newcastle.
